ABS Automotive & Towing at 2068 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, Georgia.

ABS Automotive & Towing is a very unprofessional service. I requested through my insurance company for a tow truck and they contacted ABS and requested a dispatch. However, ABS did not adhere to the ETA and I was waiting for almost 2 hours for what was supposed to be a 75 minute wait. I contacted my insurance company who told me that ABS informed them that they were caught up on another job and will not be here for another 90 minutes. I then contacted ABS and spoke with a representative who told me that my insurance company was not informing me correctly and that they told USAA that they would not be arriving until 11:40am due to the time when they got the job to dispatch a tow truck from my insurance company. It turns out that ABS was dishonest with the information they provided to me and my insurance company had to drop them and sent another tow truck from another company. Complete unprofessionalism from ABS. I would never recommend this company or there services to anyone in Georgia. Worst customer service I have ever received!
