I will be finding a new place for my eye exams and contact fittings. It takes weeks to get an appointment and I spend far too much time in the store when I finally get one. The doctors are great and friendly and they get me back quickly but it is the support staff that is truly lacking. I had an appointment for a follow up for contacts at 5:45, saw the doctor and was done by 6 but it was well after 7 by the time I was able to order my contacts and check out. This is not the first time but just the latest incident in really poor time management.
