Ben's Antiques & Market at 9365 The Landing Drive Suite C, Douglasville, Georgia.

I have been to Ben’s now a few times and it never fails that the staff in the front counter never greets you or offers to help you by saying “let us know if you have a question”.
This week I went there with my sister, we walked in – no greetings even though there were 3 working the counter and tending to no customer. I told my sister, watch now… we walked to the back and up to the front passing right in front of the ladies working there – no greetings. So we continued walking the aisles and hoping that by passing in front of then they would acknowledge us. No such luck. We finished our visit and on the way out we were hoping for a thank you, come again…… silly me, these ladies were so into their gossiping that had no time for customer. I have talked to 3 dealers there and they do agree this is a major problem and that Ben Haverty should be made aware of.
