Kroger Pharmacy at 4815 Ridge Road, Douglasville, Georgia.

Always met with a heavily judgemental look and attitude every time I go to get my mom's insulin and needles. I understand there is an epidemic and needles are a red flag, but 1: they should be professional to every customer and 2: they are diabetic needles, my pharmacist shouldn't make me uncomfortable picking up my mom's meds. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Always very rude. I called in a rx for a patient today and because it was done on my cell phone they would not fill it. I've called in 14 rx today from my cell phone as I do all the time because it's more convenient for me with all the patients I see in the back, and I've NEVER had a problem. They had all the correct info for my Dr and my patient and our office. Absolutely ridiculous. I've also had some things filled here my self and I've never dealt with more rude people. All the way from the pharmacist to the staff. If you don't like your job, find a new one. I will never tell my patients to go to this pharmacy ever again.
