O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar at 9320 The Landing Drive, Douglasville, Georgia.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant. There was a wait when we got there, which was fine. We went to the bar to have some drinks in the meantime. We sat there a solid ten minutes, and the bartender never acknowledged that we were there. Ten minutes is a long time to wait for a hello, especially when it wasn't busy. When we were getting up, that's when the bartender tried to speak to us. By that time, we were over her. We decided to just wait by the door. Once we were sat, we immediately asked to speak to the manager about our experience. She was apologetic and offered to buy us an appetizer. We ordered the appetizer and dinner. Our waitress was pretty flakey and forgetful, but she tried. When our dinner came, my wife's was totally wrong. She didn't end up not eating anything. And my food was just so so. She left hungry, and I left unsatisfied. Needless to say, we won't be back.
