Regal Cinemas Arbor Place 18 & IMAX at 6600 Douglas Boulevard, Douglasville, Georgia.

This use to be a great theater many years ago. Now its just meh. Constantly understaffed especially on big premier weekends. As in 5-6 employees on concessions with 13 total available registers and having to wait in that line for up to 30 minutes. And if you didn't plan on that, oops you missed the beginning of your movie or didn't get your popcorn and drinks. Another example is there isn't enough employees to keep the place cleaned up. Popcorn and trash everywhere. They should change the carpet to something that has a popcorn print then it wouldn't be noticeable. This is a great location being in the mall but the theater is starting to feel dated and management is content to not providing the best to save on their bottom line.
I prefer the whole theater experience and enjoy them. I usually travel out of the way just to go to a good theater. The only reason I still go here is because its close and it's in the mall.
