Classic Collision of Douglasville at 7488 Douglas Boulevard, Douglasville, Georgia.

The worst experience and work. They talk a good game but didn't produce. I had to take the car back at least 3 times. Everytime they were nice and of course you can have a loaner (insurance was paying). The molding by the back windshield was not put on correctly (my 11 yr old caught that the day after I picked it up the first time). There were scratches and dents from the accident in the insurance pictures not addressed. I took it back and they took off emblems for repair and didn't put them back on. Decals and emblems not replaced. I had to go back to get emblems. Decals on "order". Found the old emblems inside the car. My vanity plate was missing. When I called "it was cracked and they ordered you a new one"....a specially made vanity plate...you ordered a new one? Why lie? They found the old one in the shop. An after market bumper was put on the car, it was not fitting correctly. They asked me to come back again (I did not live close). They had new manager there looking and guaranteeing a good product. It is about a year later now. The bumper is separating from the car. Yes, I have to push it in everyday. What is that?! I found them from a referral from the Kia Dealership. My car was about a year old when I got into the accident I was hit in rear and knocked into another vehicle. I wanted to take it where the dealership recommended. That was a waste of time and a big disappointment.
