Shane's Rib Shack at 2750 Chapel Hill Road Suite 1400, Douglasville, Georgia.

This place has gone downhill significantly. What a joke. If you like a cold soggy meal, missing items, and rude staff head to this location. This place is sure knows how to piss of customers and loose them forever. Was great for a few months after opening and then got progressively down from the corporate presence. Location is also filthy and they do sweep and wipe down the tables but there is a more to do. Needs to have corporate check them out for an audit
